WHAT WE DO
Ni-22 Global offers complete, vertically integrated apparel manufacturing — from fabric sourcing and product development to stitching, washing, and finishing. Our in-house departments deliver premium fashion and performance apparel.
Stitching
Over 100 stitching machines, including specialized and automatic ones, managed by 350 skilled operators — producing 50,000+ garments monthly.
Cutting
Our cutting department is equipped with Gerber CAD/CAM systems, capable of precision cutting up to 2,000 garments daily.
Printing
Screen, sublimation, and digital printing facilities offering vibrant and durable designs for both fashion and performance wear.
Embroidery
Computerized embroidery units capable of detailed patterns and branding on all fabric types.
Finishing
Garments are pressed, trimmed, and inspected for quality before packing. Steam pressing and labeling follow client-specific standards.
Quality Control
QC checks are performed at every stage — fabric inspection, inline, and final audit — to maintain international quality standards.
